You can cancel or reschedule your service without a penalty 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. There will be a $100.00 cancellation fee if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Flat Rate pricing is based on size of the home and the number of bedrooms. All Flat Rate pricing includes your bedroom(s), One(1) bathroom, kitchen, and common areas. Each additional room will be $30.00. The cleaning times listed is an estimate. Your cleaning may take more or less time than estimated. We offer our hourly package for any custom jobs, large apartments/homes, and small offices . This rate will be $60.00 per hr/ per cleaner ( 3 hour min. 1 cleaner min) No Surprises.

We accept all major credit cards,
Venmo, and PayPal. For ongoing service we offer the convenience of Auto-Pay through PayPal or Credit/ Debit Card. We no longer accept check payments. Payments are due at the start of your booking.
Gratuity is not required but always appreciated for a job well done. 10 - 15% is the general rule of thumb.
If you are happy with your cleaning and choose to leave gratuity, please leave tip at your home on cleaning day (separately from cleaning payments). We also offer the convenience of doing this through your Cleaning Techs’ Venmo/PayP
